1. Personal data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect only the information you enter:

• Full name
• Company name
• Work email address
• Phone number
• Product of interest and estimated quantity
• The application details you write in the message field

2. Purpose of processing

Your personal data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry: to provide technical advice, prepare a quotation, arrange supply, and follow up on that enquiry. We do not use it for marketing lists, profiling or automated decision-making.

Supplying the data is voluntary, but without your name, contact details and enquiry details we cannot reply to you.

3. Disclosure

Enquiries are delivered by email to our sales desk. Your data may be disclosed to:

• Our sales, technical and logistics personnel handling your enquiry
• Formspree, our form-delivery processor, which transmits the enquiry to our email inbox
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs anti-spam verification of the submission
• Our email service provider, which hosts the resulting message
• Regulators, courts or authorities where disclosure is required by Malaysian law

4. Transfers outside Malaysia

Our form-delivery, anti-spam and email providers operate servers outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to that required under the Act.

5. Storage and security

This website does not store submissions in any database. It holds no accounts, no logins and no customer records. The enquiry exists only as an email in our sales inbox, which is access-controlled and restricted to authorised personnel.

We take practical steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and affected individuals as required by the Act.

6. Retention

Enquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact so that we can service repeat and follow-up orders. Where an enquiry becomes an order, the related records are retained for 7 years to meet Malaysian tax and accounting requirements. Data is deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the Act you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate or outdated data, withdraw consent to further processing, limit processing for direct marketing (we do not conduct any), and request data portability where applicable. Access, correction and enquiries

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, limit its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within the period prescribed by the Act. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry.
